Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises suitable for all ages and levels of ability. The sequence is practiced in a heated room to warm the muscles, prevent injury, allow for a deeper workout and flush the body of toxins through sweating. Bikram scientifically designed this 90 minute class to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body.  By the end of class, one will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament and organ, gland, and nerve while systematically moving oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. This unique process results in restoration to health in all systems. In addition, the series of postures cultivates concentration, patience, determination and self-discipline.

Bikram Yoga - Thousand Oaks is excited to bring the original HOT YOGA to the Terrace Shopping Center in Newbury Park. Our state-of-the-art studio features a HOT YOGA ROOM that has been built to BIKRAM’s most demanding standards. Our changing rooms for both women and men are spacious and each has multiple showers. Did we mention that our Bikram Yoga Studio has a huge parking lot!
